হস্তান্তর পাওনা বা হস্তান্তর ব্যয় কাকে বলে?

  হস্তান্তর ব্যয় বলতে এক হাত থেকে অপর হাতে অর্থের (আয়ের) স্থানান্তর কে বুঝায়।চলতি উৎপাদনশীল কার্যক্রমের উপর কোনো প্রভাব বিস্তার না করে অর্থনীতির একটি ক্ষেত্র হতে অপর ক্ষেত্রে অর্থের (আয়ের) স্থানান্তর কে বলা হয় হস্তান্তর ব্যয় বা হস্তান্তর পাওনা। নিম্নে বিভিন্ন ধরনের হস্তান্তর পাওনা সম্পর্কে সংক্ষিপ্ত ধারণা প্রদান করা হলো ঃ- ১।সরকারি ঋণের জন্য প্রদত্ত সুদ: যুদ্ধকালীন ব্যয় নির্বাহের জন্য কিংবা যেকোনো জরুরি প্রয়োজনে সরকার যে ঋণ গ্রহণ করা তার জন্য প্রদত্ত সুদকে হস্তান্তর ব্যয় হিসেবে ধরা হয়। ২।বৈদেশিক উপহার ও অনুদান : জনগণ কোনো বিদেশিকে উপহার প্রদান করলে কিংবা বিদেশ থেকে সরকার কোনো অনুদান পেলে তা হস্তান্তর পাওনা হিসেবে চিহ্নিত হয়। ৩।আভ্যন্তরীণ হস্তান্তর : দেশের দুঃস্থ জনসাধারণকে ব্যক্তি বা প্রতিষ্ঠান যে দান বা সাহায্য প্রদান করে এবং উত্তরাধিকার সূত্রে পাওয়া সম্পত্তি ইত্যাদি হস্তান্তর ব্যয় এর অন্তর্ভুক্ত।  ৪।ব্যবসা ক্ষেত্রে হস্তান্তর পাওনা: বিভিন্ন ব্যবসায় প্রতিষ্ঠান অনেক সময় ছাত্র-ছাত্রীদের বৃত্তি প্রদান করে, কর্মকর্তা কর্মচারীদের ভ্রমণ ভাতা ও পুরস্কার প্রদান করে এগুলো হস্তান্তর ব্...

মূলধন কাকে বলে?।। What is capital?

 • সাধারণত মূলধন বলতে আমরা ব্যবসায় নিয়োজিত টাকা পয়সাকে বুঝি।কিন্তু অর্থনীতিতে মূলধন একটি বিশেষ অর্থে ব্যবহৃত হয়।অর্থাৎ , মানুষের শ্রম দ্বারা উৎপাদিত দ্রব্যের যে অংশ সরাসরি ভোগের উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহার না হয়ে পুনরায় উৎপাদন কার্যে ব্যবহৃত হয়, তাকে মূলধন বলে। • বিভিন্ন অর্থনীতিবিদগণ বিভিন্নভাবে মূলধন এর সঙ্গা দিয়েছেন।যথাঃ- • “Capital is the Produced means of production.” অর্থাৎ, মূলধন হলো উৎপাদন এর উৎপাদিত উপাদান।  –Bohm Bawarck • “যে সমস্ত সম্পদ কোন আয় সৃষ্টি করে অথবা আয় উপার্জন সহায়তা করে তাকে মূলধন বলে।” –চ্যাপম্যান • উপরের সঙ্গাসমূহ বিশ্লেষণ করে বলা যায়,প্রাকৃতিক সম্পদের উপর শ্রম ও উদ্ভাবনী শক্তি প্রয়োগ করে যেসব দ্রব্যসামগ্রী উৎপাদন করা হয় এবং পুনরায় যেগুলো অতিরিক্ত আয় সৃষ্টির কাজে ব্যবহৃত হয়, সেগুলো মূলধন বলে।  যেমন: কলকারখানা, স্থায়ী যন্ত্রপাতি, কাঁচামাল  ইত্যাদি।  • গাণিতিকভাবে এর ব্যাখ্যা হলো:- K=f(Y,C,P) dK/dY>0, dK/dP>0,dK/dC<0 এখানে, K= মূলধন  Y=আয় P=দামস্তর C=ভোগ F=অপেক্ষক। অর্থাৎ, মূলধনের সাথে আয় এবং দামস্তরের সরাসরি কিনু মূলধনের স...
